• No patient medical history
• No GPS location tracking

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data may be stored:

• Locally in your browser/device storage — this is where your data lives by default
• Optionally, encrypted and backed up to your own Google Drive account, only if you choose to enable this feature

Optional Google Drive backups are protected with AES-256 encryption, using a passcode only you know, before ever leaving your device — not even Google or PillEntry can read it without that passcode.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

5. Advertising

PillEntry.com may display third-party advertisements to keep the platform free.

• Advertisers do not receive access to your pharmacy or patient data
• Ads are displayed only within the application interface
• Ads are never printed on invoices or patient bills

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services including:

• Google Drive (optional, encrypted backup — only if you enable this feature, stored in your own Drive account)
• WhatsApp links (manual use only — initiated by the user)

These services have their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your account and synced data
